Stir-Fry FISH FILLET ©





Stir-Fry Fish fillet in ginger and dark soya sauce is a home-style recipe, and is scrumptious.


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare
  • garlic - 7 cloves - sliced
  • ginger - small size - thinly sliced
  • green onions - 4 stalks - sliced
  • chili - 3 pcs
  • lemon grass - 1 stalk - sliced 

Prepare
  • 1 lb fish fillet











Cooking Steps


Begin, by saute garlic, ginger, lemon grass, chili in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat.
Add fish fillet and continue stirring.
For flavor, add:-
  • 2 tbs fish sauce
  • 2 tbs chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs dark soya sauce
Keep stirring and combine seasonings with fish.

Add sweet potato flour mixture (1 tbs flour to 1/2 cup water) and keep stirring.

Add green onions.

Ready for serving.
