Fried Rice are popular Oriental dish. Seafood such as prawns, crab flesh are some of the common ingredients for preparing seafood fried rice. 

In this preparation, baby clams are used to prepare a delicious dish of seafood fried rice. 


Ingredients and Preparation for 4


Prepare diced onions, garlics, chilli, carrots, long beans, green onions.
Prepare 0.5 lb fresh baby clams.














Cooking Steps

Begin, by saute onions, garlic, chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.









Add baby clams and continue frying.
In a separate pan, fry 10 cups cooked rice grain (preferably use overnight cooked rice kept in fridge) in 7 tbs cooking oil. Add carrots and long beans and combine well.








Add sauteed baby clams from previous cooking. Combine well. For flavor, add:- 5 tbs chicken stock brand, 1/2 tsp pepper, 3 tbs fish sauce. Continue frying until clams and rice are thoroughly dry and evenly fried.
Add green onions and combine well. Clams fried rice is ready for serving.
