Ingredients and Preparation for 4
Prepare diced garlic, ginger, onions, green onions, bell peppers.
Prepare thin slices of cabbage.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute garlic, onions, ginger, chili in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
For flavor, add:- 3 tbs sweet soya sauce, 2 tbs fish sauce, 1 tbs chicken stock brand, 1/2 tsp pepper.
Add clams. Combine well with seasonings and ingredients, and continue stirring.
Add cabbage and bell peppers. Combine with clams and continue stirring.
Add green onions. Ready for serving.
