Prepare slices of ginger, onions, yellow grass, chilli, chopped garlic.
Prepare 0.5 lb cleaned mussels.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onions, garlic, ginger, yellow grass, garlic in 5 tbs cooking oil in a medium skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add 3 tbs black bean sauce, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tbs chicken stock brand, 1/2 tbs light soya sauce, and saute briefly.
Add mussels and combine well with black bean sauce and ingredients.
Add green onions. Ready to serve.
