Stir-fried squid or cuttlefish with dried red chili are palatable dishes for those who enjoys seafood. It can be cooked in spicy style with a bit of sauce.


Ingredients and Preparation for 4


Prepare slices of squid or cuttlefish, and chopped garlic and chilli.













Cooking Steps

Saute chopped garlic and chilli in 3 tbs cooking oil in medium heat for 3 minutes.
For Flavor, add:-

  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tbs light soya sauce
  • some pepper








Add sliced squid or cuttlefish to the sauces and stir-fry for a quick 3 minutes.

Avoid cooking for longer than 5 minutes as over cooking will cause the seafood to get rubbery.
