Cooking Steps
Saute chopped garlic and chilli in 3 tbs cooking oil in medium heat for 3 minutes.
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs light soya sauce
- some pepper
Add sliced squid or cuttlefish to the sauces and stir-fry for a quick 3 minutes.
Avoid cooking for longer than 5 minutes as over cooking will cause the seafood to get rubbery.
