A quick meal preparation for fish is by steaming.



Ingredients and Preparation


Using a big pot, add water in the pot. Use a stand for the plate. Add slices of ginger to fish.

Tips for stand: If you could not find a steamer stand, use a durable pot cover with a handle as stand. Turn the cover with the greater surface facing upwards to hold the plate and the handle facing downwards. Do not use the pot cover with plastic handles. 

Add 2 teaspoon of chicken stock, 2 teaspoon of sesame oil, and some pepper to the fish. Steam under high temperature for 10 minutes.
